Shot in 2012, Goodbye Sweet Dreams is part of an ongoing project the artist calls KINGDOM OF SPIRITS. The project began in 2008 with his first photo collaboration with his niece. The initial group of images sparked a yearly tradition. Goodbye Sweet Dreams is from the 4th collaboration and were shot at locations where the artist spent time as a child. Hochbaum built a small house out of wood with a carved shingled roof for the shoot.
14.5 " x 11" Giclee Print mounted onto hardwood block. Block is floated above ink stained and wax coated ricepaper on MDF board in 20.25" x 16.5" x 1.5" custom pine frame.
This edition is a one-of-a-kind and all handmade by the artist.
