Small batch silkscreen series
 
"Hydra" is a special edition of silkscreen, acrylics, ink, and pencil on 300g Canson watercolor paper. 
 
Hochbaum has a deep affection for repetition and the unique. His process here embraces both with a series of roses upon bright color fields that he lays before and after the screen is printed. This also creates unique textures for each work.
 
Each work is embellished with unique markings of pencils, pens, and paints. The series as a whole is uniform. Each individual print is unique.
